By purchasing a one-time membership to the Syndicate, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.

1. Membership Fee: The one-time membership fee for Syndicate is 250,000 LKR, payable in full at the time of application. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Annual Recurring Fee: All members agree to an annual recurring fee of LKR 65,000, payable on an annual basis.
3. Membership Approval: Membership in Syndicate is open to individuals who have graduated from Ananda College, Colombo. Membership is subject to approval by the Old Anandians’ Sports Club Executive Committee.”
4. Life Membership: Life Membership in Syndicate is valid for a lifetime.
5. Seating Capacity and Membership Transfer: The annual fee must be paid every year. In the event of non-payment, the Syndicate reserves the right to transfer the membership to someone else. Members will be provided with a notice of impending membership transfer through email or written notice, allowing them a reasonable period to fulfil the outstanding annual recurring fee obligations. This action is taken due to the limited seating capacity of the Syndicate tent.
6. Membership Limit: The Syndicate has a limited membership capacity of 100 members.
7. Termination or Suspension: Syndicate reserves the right to terminate or suspend the membership of any member who violates the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement or engages in behaviour that is detrimental to the reputation of the Syndicate.
8. Purpose of Membership Fee: The Syndicate is a private tent established by the Old Anandians’ Sports Club, and the proceeds are utilised to support activities and initiatives that develop Sports at Ananda College, Colombo.
9. Acceptance of Terms: By joining Syndicate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. Members also agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies of The Syndicate, as amended from time to time.
10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Sri Lanka.
11. Modifications and Amendments: Syndicate reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time, and such modifications or amendments shall be effective upon posting on the Syndicate website. Members are responsible for periodically reviewing the website to stay aware of any changes to this agreement.
12. No Refunds: Once the payment for membership fees has been made, no refunds will be granted. We maintain a strict no-refund policy, and all membership fees are non-refundable.
13. Adjustment of Membership Perks and Benefits: Syndicate reserves the right to adjust and modify membership perks and benefits from year to year. Changes may include, but are not limited to, additions, removals, or alterations to the range of privileges and advantages offered to members. Members acknowledge and accept that such adjustments are at the discretion of the Old Anandians’ Sports Club Executive Committee and are intended to enhance the overall experience and effectiveness of Syndicate activities and initiatives.
14. Includes the Battle of the Maroons and the Day-Night One-Day match.
